Third Reich Equipment hanger

This leather frog/carrying device appears to have been period modified by the addition of an horizontally riveted on cross strap. Brown leather has lost some of its surface finish, but remains strong and supple. Metal spring hook still functions perfectly. Embossed into the rear of the leather is " K38"
