Unusual (Rare) Wreath and Cockade

So far, the organisation which issued this original wreath and cockade assembly remains unknown to us-if you have any information please let us know. It may related to the Marine SA or the HJ and consists of black felt background on which is fixed a beautiful gold thread acorn and oak leaf wreath, in the centre of which is black felt centre cockade assembly, surrounded by red and finally twisted gold thread.
A beautiful thing and probably quite rare.
