A prize award from the Deutschen Schutzenverband, the organisation of shooting clubs which were, and remain, so popular in Germany.
This superbly cast bronze award would have been worn from a chain, and presented for shooting prowess at any of the competitions which took place during the period of the NSDAP.
A difficult item to obtain and nice to show with a suitable cutlass or associated memorabilia.
