The colour of this armband is almost khaki, weather by design to match the colour of the work uniform, or due to age, is hard to define, however it is in fine condition having a machine woven insignia and the makers initials “H & F” along with the patent marking “Ges.Gesch.” sewn to the rear.  read more

A period original, full length, tri-colour armband having the TENO emblem machine woven to the front face. The German patent mark “Ges.Gesch.”, and the makers initials “H & F” are similarly woven into one short edge. Linen band has some age darkening and creases, however emblem is perfect with no loose threads or tears.  read more

Making this piece special is the patent applied mark “Ges.Gesch” and makers mark “H & F” to the rear, and an official ink stamp to the inner surface. Hard to read, but the text appears to mention “Kreis Minden i .W (Minden district in Westphalia and “Landrat” (District Administrative)
