Patriotic leather Fob

Unknown origin but possibly for attachment to a briefcase or handbag. Adjustable leather strap with buckle attached to teardrop shaped fob. Pinned to the fob is a guilded swastica. Soft backing to the fob is slightly worn through use.
Interesting period collectable.
