Third Reich army railway "Buttonhole" Style Hanger

Black leather inverted teardrop has buttonhole cutout to the upper area and an unmarked pebbled spring clip to the lower. Reverse of the clip is marked "OLC" in a triangle. Good quality worn leather with complete stitching.
