SS Dagger Belt Loop-RZM

Black leather having an "RZM" marked, magnetic "D" ring sewn into the lower loop. Leather is also RZM marked: L2/5/37. One small hole in obverse and reverse of the leather presumably from being nailed up for display?
Rare to find with such prolific marking.
