Third Reich Senior Forestry Portepee

An excellent example of the senior knot which would have adorned the white plastic or ivory hilted forestry cutlass. Gold strap with thin green lines running the length, gold slide and crochet style stem through which a gold colour former may be seen. Gold crown and acorn. Base of acorn with faded green twisted wire infil.
Examples of this knot, particularly in this worn original condition are very hard to locate.
