Third Reich Dress Bayonet-Pack

A superb bayonet having the benefit of a jewelled swastica inset to the reverse grip. Although it is impossible to state that this modification was period applied, the quality of the installation would certainly lend credence to this idea. Pommel, crossguard and backstrap in excellent condition, push button in working condition. Felt filler remains within the rifle slot. Chequered grips held by typical offset Pack nuts and bolts. Blade grades near mint having no damage to the edges and a needle sharp tip. The E Pack & Sohne name and logo are stamped to the upper ricasso. Black painted scabbard retains all its finish having no dents or scrapes. Quality black leather frog is in excellent condition with all complete stitching and with a single rivet to the reverse.
A most desirable bayonet in superb condition with what appears to be a period embellishment.
