Third Reich, NSDAP Marked Medical Pouch

Superb leather pouch having a 1938 makers mark and the initials “KR” embossed to the front. Retains its felt lining and securing straps, with a partial paper contents list to the inner lid. Side securing straps and belt loops in perfect condition. Complete with a cotton folding pouch which may have been used for syringes, etc.
No restoration work whatsoever, in completely original, “bring back” condition.
