Circular pommel retains most of its guilding to the inset swasticas, having no damage to the periphery and only minor scratching. Moroccan leather grip has some chips but retains all its twisted wire wrap. The SMF seated Drooped wing crossguard has good feathering detail and good guilding to the inset swasticas. Bright blade has no damage to the edges and a fine tip. Upper ricasso has the SMF seated king logo and a waffenampt. Straight scabbard has good blue Moroccan leather covering and fine alluminium upper and lower fittings. Attached to the upper fitting is a “crescent” leather hanger which has some period repairs.
