Third Reich Army Officer Dagger Hangers

This is a very early set of hangers, having heavy brass based fittings. Upper box clip is D.R.G.M. marked and beautifully decorated with acorns and oak leaves. Buckles and slides have amazing detail to the oak leaves, as do the lower push-in clips, which have riveted springs, seen only on the earliest and most de luxe hangers. Straps have wear commensurate with age, but still retain the majority of the plush backing. For collectors of strap variations, this most be a rare opportunity.
