Not a mint dagger, but one where rarity of both the slant grip and the manufacturer make up for its minor condition issues.
14 leaf pommel with no hits or other issues. Steeply slanted, deep orange grip with no damage but with a little grime in the grooves which could easily be cleaned. Crossguard with some loss of definition to the details in the eagles head but with a prominent wreathed swastica. A thick brown leather blade washer remains beneath the crossguard . Blade is without damage but has some ageing and rust spots, much of which could be cleaned, there being no crossgrain to be concerned about, as this is a plated blade. The Gebruder Christians “fork” trademark is on the reverse ricasso.
A single throat retaining screw is placed in the upper reverse scabbard, which has no dents or other damage. Bands are securely attached and are well detailed.
