Pommel with only a small blemish to the very top, and with all the gold colouration remaining to the mobile swasticas. Moroccan leather covered grip has a couple of very small areas of colour loss which could be easily covered with a little “Meltonian” wax. Twisted wire enhancement is complete and tight. Crossguard “wings” have no damage and mobile swasticas retain all their finish. A leather blade washer remains beneath the crossguard, protecting a plated blade which must grade mint. The impressive Pack logo of Siegfried wielding a sword adorns the reverse ricasso. Scabbard leather is perfect, no scrapes or loss of finish whatsoever. Scabbard fittings in excellent condition and complete with all flush mounted screws. Suspension chain complete and original without soldered links. Spring clip marked “OLC” and “Ges.Gesh”. Completing this offering is the correct belt loop having an aluminium “D” ring in the lower loop.
