Third Reich Africa Corps (DAK) K98 Bayonet-Eickhorn -with Belt

Pommel in fine condition having a working push button. No damage to backstrap or crossguard. Bakelite grips correctly attached with countersunk screws and nuts. Blade in near mint condition having 99% bluing. Upper ricasso marked “2807”. This number is duplicated on the upper scabbard obverse. Blade reverse ricasso marked “41 cof”. Undented scabbard has been overpainted in tan colour. Webbing frog in excellent condition and with ink markings to the upper reverse. Grip strap with undamaged securing hole. A Luftwaffe NCO knot with grey/ blue leather strap is wrapped about the frog.
Tan coloured web belt with moveable webbing suspension loops. Leather buckle tab in excellent condition. Luftwaffe painted buckle having the “Asmann” stylised “A” logo.
