Third Reich SA Dagger-Ohliger

Here is a really early piece, never been in a collection, never been apart, and from a less common maker F.Ed. Ohliger of Solingen. Sadly the blade has suffered from all those years of neglect in a veterans attic, however some careful cleaning would improve the appearance no end. It has no other damage and the distinctive Ohliger trademark to the upper reverse ricasso.
Nickel crossguards are undamaged and exhibit a fine patina, the lower being gau marked “Nm” to the centre reverse. The grip to crossguard fit is superb, the grip itself having no chips and perfectly inset S.A. Rune and eagle. Scabbard finish has minor area of rust to the reverse but is in overall excellent condition. Scabbard fittings are undamaged having unturned fixing screws and a secure carrying ring.
