Third Reich Cavalry Rifle Holding Sling

In a very stunning near mint condition, an extremely hard to find Cavalry Rifle belt attachment.
The brown leather attachment (Karabinerhalteriemen) was used for attaching and securing the rifle to the cavalry soldier, and was worn on the back between the bayonet and the breadbag.
The attachment is nicely maker marked by “PR Offermahn & Söhne Bensberg”. Leather is dated 1939 and has a clearly stamped Waffenampt.
A very stunning and hard to find part of the Wehrmacht Cavalry equipment set.
