WW1 Chocolate Gift Tin
Originally containing a chocolate bar made from cocoa grown in Trinidad, Grenada or St Lucia, these tins were often purchased by relatives as a parting gift for soldiers going to the front, and bears the emblems and mottos of the manufacturing colonies on the lid. Several companies were involved in the manufacture of the tin, in particular B W & M Ltd. From Mansfield.
Tin still complete but without contents and somewhat worn and faded.
