WW1 “Trench Art”
A most unusual example of the items produced primarily by troops using waste items available to hand in the trenches. This is a large copper serving platter or wall decoration, some 15 inches in diameter, having British soldiers, and the date 1918, in relief. Crudely executed but a marvellous example for display with a WW1 collection.
