The 'Tag der deutschen Seefahrt' (day of German maritime) was held between 25 & 26 May 1935. This commemorative alluminium stamped tinnie is nicely maker marked by the company of 'Paul Schulz &Co Lübeck. The tinnie is complete with a functional pin/catch construction. Dutch NSB Commemorative Medallion for German Sympathisers

This medallion measures 40 mm and is struck in fine bronze. The obverse has a swastika at the centre, with a wolf hook, or wolf's angle, over it. From the base of the swastika is the root of a rose bush that throws up two branches to form a wreath round the swastika, which meet at the apex with two rose flowers on either side of the wolf hook. Third Reich Day of work" Tinnie

This tinnie is of the usual aluminum construction and is oval in shape.
At the top edge of the tinnie are the words “Tag der Arbeit” which is positioned over three men. One has a hammer over his shoulder, another is working with paper, and the third carries a stalk of wheat. The men appear over a Party eagle and a swastika, and the date of “1935” which flanks the talons of the bird.

German ww2 Faithful Service Decoration-25Years

Instituted in January 1938, this award was in recognition of loyal civilian service. This late war, 2nd class cross for 25 years service, designed by professor Richard Klein, is in average condition having lost most of the finish to both obverse and reverse, but retaining a good level of detail to the oak leaves and "Fur Treue Dienste" dedication. This oval cap insignia is of cloth with a metal backing The oval shape has a metal rope style border and in the center, the cloth is printed with a DAF logo featuring a cog wheel with a mobile swastika inside.
