Original Resistance Poster from jersey collector

What appears to be an original poster measuring some 3 feet by two feet overall. Judging by the imperial eagle and crown depicted, this item could relate to the First World War and could originate in Belgium, France, or the Low Countries. It’s message reads
“Two Daggers, The Germans and Tuberculosis
The German Eagle must be defeated, and so must Tuberculosis”
An astonishing survivor, somewhat grubby with age but no rips, tears or other damage.
