Third Reich K98 Bayonet Frog-Company Marked

Black leather frog which appears to have been issued to a Luftwaffe squadron, being stamped to the rear 1./K.G.155-Kampfgeschwader 155.
Four rivet, cavalry style construction having slits in the rear to accommodate a grip strap.
Excellent condition and unusual to find a frog with Luftwaffe affiliation.  read more

Single piece of black, shaped leather, folded at the top and secured with a metal bobbin and having a blackened Spring clip sewn and riveted into the lower section. Leather in excellent condition with the makers information stamped to the rear (hard to read). Some loss of blackening to the clip.  read more

K98 Bayonet Frog

What appears to be a Czech bayonet frog being of quality dark brown leather and stamped to both obverse and reverse with makers stampings and dates. Minor tear to the leather where it joins the shoe to the body.
These frogs are often found with NPEA daggers.  read more
