Third Reich Wehrmacht Shooting Target/Prize
A large circular wooden picture of a wild boar and hunting dogs which has been used as a target for an officers small calibre shooting competition. Holes in the target have been marked with the names of the shooters. The winners name is painted beneath the picture and his winning shot circled. It is dated 15th July 1937. Presumably this item would have hung in an officers mess. read more

Imperial Miners Sword knot
The sword for members of the Bergbau is hard to acquire, but to obtain the correct Portepee is almost impossible. Here we have an early near mint example showing only wear commensurate with age. All gold strap, slide, stem crown and acorn.
