Third Reich Dress Bayonet-Eickhorn
An interesting long bayonet which at some point in the past has been fitted with a red lined, black “sock” to cover the scabbard. Pommel and crossguard with some age speckling, and an operating rifle slot push button. Blade in fine condition which “rocks” a little in the grip. Highly detailed plaque some three and a half inches in diameter. The “Der Deutsche Automobil Club” (D.D.A.C.) was the only authorized automobile club in Germany during the Third Reich. SS Parade Sword Hanger
This interesting hanger is approximately 20 inches in length, and has a blackened push in clip at one end. At the opposite end of the strap is a nickle buckle, attached to which is an ingenious leather atachment which turns a separate nickle "D"ring through 90 degrees.
