German Youth Knife

This small scale knife has been modified during its lifetime to include the removal and grinding down of its finger guard. Other than this change, the pommel and crossguard remain in good condition having a few minor hits to the pommel top, probably in an attempt to use the knife as a hammer. Blade washer has gone to time, blade itself has a small nick to the cutting edge and shows signs of sharpening. Small dent to scabbard which otherwise is in excellent condition. Attached belt loop/hilt strap appears original to the piece but has a red colouring which appears exactly the same shade as the red appearing in the grip emblem.
