Third Reich “Erased Röhm” SA Dagger-Eickhorn
Super example having the benefit of a “Tiger Stripe” Grip and a period applied leather covering to the scabbard.
Upper and lower crossguards have the deep accent grooves we associate with this producer, the lower guard having the Gruppe mark “No” to the obverse. As often seen on Eickhorn Röhms, the assembly number “4” is stamped beneath the crossguard.

Produced to enable the SS dagger to be worn in a vertical position when marching or on field exercises. Some heat “crinkling” to the surface finish, probably caused by incorrect storage in a loft or attic.

Superb “teardrop” shaped dark brown leather hanger designed to keep the SA dagger in a vertical position when marching or on field exercises. An RZM and OLC marked spring clip is held in a separate strip of leather riveted to the upper section, whilst a leather scabbard support strip is riveted to the lower end. A grip strap with operating buckle is riveted to the centre.
