A super set having a plain box clip but Assmann marked oak leaf buckles and slides. Lower clips are the de luxe “push up” variety. Straps are in fine condition having no loss of the tress to the front facings or the green velvet backings.

Black leather teardrop hanger is maker marked and dated ‘1940’ to the reverse of the teardrop section. Spring clip works perfectly and is sewn into the waist section.

Identified as “General Service NCO” this Portepee is in superb original condition, having no damage and with only slight age grubbiness to the lower part of the strap. Base of acorn is filled with the same strap material. Acorn, crown, slide and stem are all perfect and completely tight.
