Period NCO bayonet knot having excellent green/silver strapping, slide, stem and crown. The base of the acorn has a strip of the strapping material as an infil. Hardly any signs of age.  read more

These boards once displayed the range of metal accessories supplied by the Overhoff and CIE company of Ludenschied, to include buckles, “D” rings,spring clips, slides etc.etc.
Grubby overall and with one board torn at the top corner. Hand written reference numbers and descriptions are still visible. Original ties remain in place.  read more

Third Reich forestry dagger portepee

Forestry accoutrements, in common with most dagger accessories are more difficult to obtain than the dagger itself. Here is an opportunity to add an excellent example to your cutlass.
Silver strap with twin green stripes has no damage, Silver, crochet style stem, crown and acorn are tightly wrapped. Base of acorn has a green, twisted wire insert.

Third Reich Unknown Portepee (sa sword or drk officer?)

This knot is essentially a standard army portepee with the addition of a red crown. It appears to be all period construction with wear in all the correct places, and has clearly been worn on a dagger. Perhaps a variation DRK Officer or sa sword ??  read more
